Mike has been with the Postal Service for 30 years and has a difficult time believing that. He started out in the plant and then worked in city delivery before moving to Commercial Product Payment and Policy at Headquarters. He is the lead for the Business Customer Gateway, PostalPro, and numerous other commercial programs. Mike lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife and her four guinea pigs.

Fiona Machado
Acting Vice President, Pricing & Costing
Fiona joined the Postal Service in 2013 and has accumulated 13 years of service. Fiona was named Director, Pricing and Costing Strategy Support in May 2023. In this role, Fiona leverages her extensive Pricing and Costing experience to lead new initiatives that achieve strategic cross-functional reporting, pricing, or costing objectives. Fiona recently led the development of the July 2025 and 2024 Market Dominant price changes. Prior positions include Acting Director, Mailing and Services Pricing; Director, Revenue and Volume Reporting; Acting Manager, Air Network Modeling; Manager, Financial Programs Compliance; and Mathematical Statistician.
Fiona holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Business Administration, both from the University of Maryland.

She began her career with the United States Postal Service in 2015 and is now a Product Management Specialist II on the Product Solution Mailing Services team. With a strong background in product life cycle management, trend analysis, and direct mail, she is focused on solving complex challenges with smart solutions. Lauren continues to make an impact by supporting strategic initiatives that drive mail growth and technology adoption and is committed to improving the customer experience.
Fun Fact: Lauren started her postal career as a management trainee through a development program for recent graduates to experience the Postal Service's vast career opportunities.
Natascha Myers
Kent Communications
For the last 20 years, Natascha has been at KCI, one of the largest print-and-mail operations in West Michigan. She has been developing and growing their footprint in the Election and Political print and mail by providing education, outreach, and solutions to election officials and political marketers, ensuring their direct mail pieces are memorable and reach their intended audience in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Nick Williamson
U.S. Postal Inspector Team Leader
Nick Williamson is a U.S. Postal Inspector Team Leader at the USPIS Grand Rapids Domicile (since June 2022) with 20+ years in public service and law enforcement. A Postal Inspector since 2012, he has worked specialized robbery, mail theft, and workplace violence teams and led cases resulting in prosecutions for mail theft/fraud, identity theft, narcotics trafficking, robbery, and workplace violence. He has also served in senior leadership roles, including Assistant Inspector in Charge for the USPIS Detroit Division. Prior to USPIS, he was a DOE OIG Special Agent, a county deputy on the Michigan ICAC Task Force, and a U.S. Army military police veteran.
Michael Farmer
Chief Deputy, Calhoun County Sheriff's Office
Chief Deputy Michael Farmer has 37+ years of service in Michigan corrections and public safety. Starting in 1989, he rose into statewide leadership, managing training for thousands of Michigan Department of Corrections staff, teaching 140+ topics, and authoring 104 training manuals. He also directed training for 8,000+ first responders annually with the Michigan State Police Emergency Management division. Today, he serves as Calhoun County Chief Deputy Sheriff and Jail Administrator, overseeing a 630-bed jail, court security, transportation, and daily operations, and has earned multiple awards for leadership and emergency management.
