Lauren continues to make an impact by supporting strategic initiatives that drive mail growth and technology adoption and is committed to improving the customer experience.
Fun Fact: Lauren started her postal career as a management trainee through a development program for recent graduates to experience the Postal Service's vast career opportunities.

For the last 20 years, Natascha has been at KCI, one of the largest print-and-mail operations in West Michigan. She has been developing and growing their footprint in the Election and Political print and mail by providing education, outreach, and solutions to election officials and political marketers, ensuring their direct mail pieces are memorable and reach their intended audience in a cost-effective and timely manner.
