Mike has been with the Postal Service for 30 years and has a difficult time believing that. He started out in the plant and then worked in city delivery before moving to Commercial Product Payment and Policy at Headquarters. He is the lead for the Business Customer Gateway, PostalPro, and numerous other commercial programs. Mike lives in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood with his wife and her four guinea pigs.
